Online or Skype sessions use a combination of hypnosis, hypo-analysis, and NLP. Together, we will create the breakthrough you’re looking for!
All one-on-one client work is completely customized to you, the client, and 100% confidential.

How does the hypnotherapy program work?
You will be supported throughout the work with weekly or bi-weekly meetings, and a specific plan to meet your goals. We will work together to identify and prepare for milestones along the way; evaluate progress and implement any changes necessary.
Sessions with Cindy are conducted face to face via the internet (skype or another provider) or by phone. Sessions are typically 60 to 120 minutes in duration. Sessions are usually scheduled every 1-2 weeks, and a typical program will last for 2-3 months. At the end of each session we will agree on an assignment to reinforce the key learnings from the sessions and help you progress towards your goal. Email support is available throughout your program.
5 Session Hypnotherapy Program: (5) 60-120 minute sessions using hypnotherapy, NLP and other modalities as appropriate to help you reach your goal. Appropriate for long term issues/major goals.
Individual Hypnotherapy Session: (1) 120 minute session. Best suited to short term issues/smaller life goals.
