This helped me to finally break the insomnia i've had for several months now. I'm sleeping much better than before. don't know how it works but it is the only thing that's different and now i'm able to sleep. If you're having problems sleeping, buy this, it couldn't hurt and it might do the trick for you too.
Definitely helps me fall asleep. When I wake up and my head starts thinking and I remember to put this on I can be back asleep in much less time than if i don't. OK background music, I guess if it works that s what is important.
This has been a godsend to me! I have been sleeping ALL through the night and I feel so much better when I get up in the morning. I was using over the counter stuff to help me sleep before but it wasn't working, but this is working for me. It's "broken the cycle" of insomnia for me as you said it would.
