I have been using this recording consistently for about 3 weeks now. My overall discomfort (a combination of pain, aching, stiffness,) used to be at a 6 or 7 daily, pretty consistently. This has brought that down, to a 3 to 4 consistently. Every day is different, of course and there can still be moments where I am at a 5 or 6, but I honestly don't think I've been above a 6 since I started using this. And I do keep a diary, which I'm not sure if that's good or bad Sometimes I think it keeps me focusing on the issue too much. I would recommend this product to others with fibro
