I am amazed at how effective this is for me. I saw the other reviews and I guess nothing is perfect or works for everyone but this worked for me. I've been listening and finding myself-without conscious effort--thinking and acting differently, moving more and more toward how I want to be. It may not be the whole answer (what is?) but for me this recording is definitely part of the puzzle to the solution. (see my review for the weight collection, which I'm using this along with)
Set your goals and use this to get there! Not sure what Jim was or wasn't doing but this IS working for me. I set a goal to lose 15 pound and change my behavior to fit that new me and that worked. Then I set another goal to get a different job and I did that.
Not working for me. Hypnosis, yes I guess so but not seeing the behaviors change as much as I would like.
